✶ Shipping Overview

At Lost in Lofai, we aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days. All orders come with tracking once they’re shipped.

Please note that all transit times are estimates and may be affected by weather or courier delays, both of which are beyond our control.

✶ APO/ FPO Shipping

The address should include the service member’s full name and rank, their unit and PO box on the first address line, and the city abbreviation for the military post office. For example, the city could be APO (Army Post Office), FPO (Fleet Post Office), or DPO (Diplomatic Post Office). The state should be AA (Armed Forces Americas), AE (Armed Forces Europe), or AP (Armed Forces Pacific). The country should be the United States.

✶ International Shipping

Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries. However, if you find that shipping isn’t available to your location at checkout, please send us an email with your details. We’ll check if we can make special arrangements or let you know why shipping isn’t provided for your country.

Delivery times can vary significantly depending on the destination. Certain countries, such as Australia, Italy, New Zealand, and Spain, often experience longer customs clearance delays.

All international orders are subject to customs inspections, which can add additional weeks to the delivery time. We cannot guarantee delivery time frames due to the variability of customs clearance processes.

✶ Custom Duties and Fees

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Lost in Lofai is not responsible for any additional international shipping fees.

✶ Failed Delivery

If the carrier isn’t able to deliver the items because of the wrong address, or if the package was unclaimed, it’ll be immediately returned to the default return address. Please email us so we can confirm correct the address. Lost in Lofai will not cover shipping for a failed delivery reshipment.

✶ Delayed, Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

Once your order has been shipped, Lost in Lofai is not responsible for lost packages, as we have no control over them after they leave our facility. If your package is delayed, lost, stolen or damaged we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to resolve the issue.

You shall have no recourse or right to compensation from Lost in Lofai in relation to any delayed, lost, stolen or damaged products and will seek any relief and compensation from the shipping carrier directly. Lost in Lofai accepts no responsibility for any shipping carriers actions and will not be liable in any way for any actions arising from the shipping carrier.

 

Returns & Exchanges Policy

 

✶ Returns Overview

At Lost in Lofai, each tee is custom-printed just for you. While we aim for the highest quality, we understand that mistakes can happen. Please review our return policy below:

✶ Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives with a printing error or defect, we will reprint and reship the item at no cost to you or offer a refund. Please email us at [email protected], or through our contact page, with a clear picture of the issue and your order number within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review the issue and determine eligibility for a reprint or refund at our sole discretion. Requests past that 7 day period are no longer eligible for a refund or replacement.

If your order is undeliverable or returned due to an incorrect address, you will be refunded the product price, not including shipping. Lost in Lofai doesn’t take back returns or exchanges which helps ensure efficient and sustainable resource use. So there’s no need to send back a defective product to get a refund.

✶ Customer Errors or Size Changes

Since each product is made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if the wrong size was ordered or if you change your mind. We can only accept order changes before the items are printed.

Please review our size chart and double check your cart before placing an order.

✶ Changes to an Unfulfilled Order

If you’ve placed the order but realized that you’ve chosen the wrong color or size, or that the shipping address is wrong, you can change/edit the order before the order goes to print. If your order needs to be changed or cancelled, please email us. Please include your order number so we can quickly find your order. All emails will be responded to as quickly as we can, but there is no guarantee we are able to change it. If your order has already started to be printed, we cannot change or cancel the order.

✶ Popup Stores & Events

Anything purchased from a Lost in Lofai popup event or booth will be eligible solely for exchanges for the duration of the event. Refunds and returns are not available for products purchased at these events.
